Brooklyn Repertory is a small award-winning theater group that I founded in 2015 with friends after graduating from acting school. It started as a get together for acting practice between professional projects, and evolved into an opportunity for multiracial theater to combat tribalism. I wanted to stage plays where actors would be seen as a character rather than the conscience of their race. I hoped to show that 'people of color' are individuals so that we can be cast according to our personalities, not the color of our skin.

Brooklyn Repertory has staged 3 full length plays at the 4th Street Theatre and Kraine Gallery, was commissioned to present work by the International Women's Artist Salon and regularly organizes acting workshops for disadvantaged teens. Our work has been featured on Brooklyn Rail, Playbill, Broadway World and Theatre Scene, Singapore Poetry etc.
